Secrets of All Around Eye Liner

If you’re like me, you probably love the glam, gothic look of all around eye liner. However, using a black liner all the way around your eye will make them look smaller, which is not what you’re going for here.
The answer is quite simple really. Use your favorite black eyeliner along your top lashes, and a dark brown along the lower lashes. You’ll get the sexy, sultry effect of all around eye liner, without closing up your eye too much.
You could even use liquid liner along the top lashes, which gives a very sharp, fine line that looks great, while keeping the bottom slightly less defined and a little smudgy.
Secret tip #197: For a softer look, a damp makeup brush dipped in eye shadow, applied to both lash lines, will give you a smudgy, sexy look. Use a dark brown or charcoal shadow if you plan to try this look.
